PRICES and FEES:
All prices are final prices. All prices include the currently applicable statutory value added tax. All prices are exclusive of the corresponding shipping costs. All articles are shipped insured by our shipping partner.

Payment by surname:
If cash on delivery is offered in an auction, this applies only to shipping within Germany. The shipping costs incurred (shipping including cash on delivery fee) are shown separately in the auction.

Terms & Conditions & Trade Regulations:
The currently valid regulations of the Federal Republic of Germany apply.

Privacy:
Wuppertools tool trade will not pass on the personal customer data stored and processed in the context of the execution of the contract to unauthorized third parties. The customer can request the stored data from Wuppertools Werkzeughandel at any time by email at: info@wuppertools.de.

If the customer does not wish to be informed about other interesting offers from Wuppertools Werkzeughandel, he can object to the use of his address data for this purpose at the same e-mail address at any time.

Battery regulation (if the offer includes rechargeable batteries / batteries):
You are legally obliged to dispose of used batteries / accumulators separately. Please hand them in at a municipal collection point or at your local retailer. Batteries / rechargeable batteries that you have received from us can be returned to us free of charge. Batteries / accumulators that contain pollutants are marked with the symbol of a crossed out garbage can and the chemical symbol of the respective pollutant (e.g. "Cd" for cadmium, "Pb" for lead, "Hg" for mercury).

EAR electrical equipment ordinance:
Since March 24, 2006, electrical items may no longer be disposed of with household waste in accordance with Section 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1, Section 17 Paragraph 1 and 2 ElektroG. Bring electrical items to your regional collection point after their service life. The return is free of charge for end users. Only registered manufacturers or their retailers are permitted to place electrical appliances on the market.
